No-Show & Cancellation Policy At La BLANCHE , we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure we can offer our services to all clients, we ask that you please follow our cancellation and no-show policy. • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us beforehand, a full appointment fee will be charged. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. A late cancellation fee of 50% may apply if you decide not to reschedule. • Repeated No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments to secure their bookings.
